Benchmark Restaurant presents an exciting dining opportunity – showcasing food, wine, and beer created, prepared and presented by students from the programs at Niagara College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute.

Our rotating menu remains local and seasonal, including college-grown, regional and provincial bounties. Menu offerings are based on our academic semesters, allowing students time to hone these skill sets and attain success at great culinary destinations at home and around the world. Together, Benchmark Restaurant and the NC Greenhouse are preparing a 6″ potted Gerbera Daisy plant as well as 5 Large flower Sugar Cookies OR 5 Dark Chocolate Lollipops with Candied Fruit, Seeds and Flowers (NUT FREE) that are decorated by our students, to create a unique Flower Arrangement for your special assistant!

Cost is $23.00 including HST.

Pick up will be available from Tuesday April 23rd at 12 Noon to 3:30 PM, or Wednesday April 24th from 9 am to 12 Noon, at Benchmark Restaurant.

*** Delivery to Welland Campus on April 24th at 9 am for easy pick up***Please request in your booking for this option.
